🕒 Check-in & Arrival

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM to allow time for professional cleaning.

Can I drop my luggage off early?

Yes, early luggage drop-off may be possible, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp with your arrival time so we can coordinate.

Is there parking included?

Yes. Our North Adelaide townhouse includes a private, secure garage with remote-control access.

🏡 The Apartment

Is there a coffee machine?

Yes. We provide a Nespresso pod machine (hotel-style) for your convenience. Guests are welcome to bring their favourite pods or purchase them nearby on O’Connell Street.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes. Laundry facilities are available within the building and are coin-operated.
Washing machine: $5
Dryer: $5
Please remember to bring coins.

Do you provide cots or high chairs?

We welcome families; however, portable cots and high chairs are not provided. Please BYO if travelling with infants.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Login details will be provided after booking.

📝 Occupancy & House Rules

What is the maximum number of guests?

The standard rate covers up to 4 guests.
We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
An extra guest fee of $100 per person per stay applies for the 5th and 6th guests.

Can I host a party or event?

No. We operate a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for parties or events. Unregistered guests, excessive noise, or disturbances will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas with doors fully closed. A professional cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted, unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

💳 Payment & Booking

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), and PayPal.
🚫 Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Is a security deposit required?

A security bond may be pre-authorised on your card prior to arrival. This will be released after check-out, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.

Do you require ID?

Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested, and must match the name on the booking and payment method.
